Welcome to CribGourmet. By using this site you agree to these terms. Please read them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What CribGourmet is

CribGourmet is a discovery directory. We help people find independent home cooks and reach out to them directly. We do not prepare, sell, deliver, inspect, or process payment for any food, and we are not a party to any transaction between a cook and a customer.

Accounts

You may create a free account to save favorites or to claim and run a cook page. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your area to create an account.

Cook pages and content

Cooks are independent and solely responsible for their own listings, including menus, prices, photos, availability, ingredients, allergen information, food safety, licensing, taxes, and legal compliance. By posting content you confirm you have the right to share it and that it is accurate and lawful. You grant CribGourmet a license to display that content on the directory. We may remove any content or listing at our discretion.

Acceptable use

• Do not post anything unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Do not impersonate a cook or business you do not represent.
• Do not scrape, overload, or attempt to break the service.
• Do not use CribGourmet to sell anything other than home-cooked food and related goods.

No transactions through CribGourmet

All orders, payments, pickup, delivery, refunds, and disputes are handled directly between you and the cook. CribGourmet is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of any food or transaction.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, CribGourmet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for anything arising out of your dealings with a cook or any food you obtain through a listing.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
